We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Pract II to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a vital part of our patient care team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
- Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
- RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP)
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist
- Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree
