About the Position:
Lead Support Specialist
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Hours may vary based on client and business requirements)
Administrative on-call responsibilities for up to 2 weeks per month. (The On-Call team manages any urgent matters outside regular hours)

Key Responsibilities:
In addition to caregiving tasks, the Lead Support Specialist serves as a mentor, guide, and coach to fellow caregivers, fostering enduring relationships and enhancing client retention through Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Care
- Ability to cover shifts and assist with admissions as necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and general computer skills
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for home visits
- Good judgment and self-control
- Safety-conscious approach
- Knowledge of personal care principles and safety protocols
- Availability for on-call shifts
