Job Summary

The Radiography Student Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and correlating student clinical education with didactic education and evaluating its effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct didactic and clinical instruction to support the affiliated school's instructors in ensuring effective program operations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical education and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the program.
  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Provide academic advisement and support to students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in the professional discipline.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an instructor in a JCERT-accredited program.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advisement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • More than one year of experience in an accredited Radiography educational program.
  • Experience in teaching courses, conducting and supervising clinical learning experiences, evaluating student achievement, and providing input into curriculum development.
