Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role; supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in inventory management software.
