Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Per Diem Mammography Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography, breast localization, and stereotactic diagnostic procedures in accordance with department ACR and MQSA guidelines.
  • Obtain, review, and record patient history forms, ensuring complete clinical history pertinent to the procedure.
  • Instruct patients on the nature of the exam being performed, explaining the procedure to baseline patients and reviewing it with others.
  • Demonstrate accurate positioning according to department and ACR guidelines.
  • Assure that films meet department quality control standards regarding patient ID labeling, positioning, technique, and overall exam quality.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation related to patient care, imaging exams, and RIS procedures.
Requirements
  • AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent hospital-based certificate program).
  • Current ARRT registration and NYS license required.
  • RRT, Mammography registry preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive pay range of $46.77 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
