Wastewater Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Operator to join our team at Tyson Foods Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems, including laboratory equipment and mechanical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the wastewater treatment process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve wastewater treatment efficiency and reduce costs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in wastewater treatment operations; experience with laboratory equipment and mechanical systems a plus
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
