Training and Development:
Initially, you will:
- Review ABS transaction documents to develop a foundational understanding.
- Analyze a selection of our monthly investor reports to correlate them with transaction documentation.
- Participate in quality control measures to verify the accuracy of over 200 data points reported in each investor report, enhancing your ability to edit SQL queries for large datasets.

As you progress, you will:
- Learn to navigate the loan and lease servicing systems to identify discrepancies.
- Execute functions within the ABS securitization system to generate monthly investor reports, including asset pool selection.
- Assist in providing necessary documentation for audits and assess compliance with SEC regulations.

Advanced Responsibilities:
After several months, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact for new ABS transactions, overseeing the process from asset selection to execution.
- Engage in a rotational practice that allows team members to experience various roles within ABS operations every six months, fostering a culture of fresh perspectives and continuous improvement.

Monthly Schedule:
Your monthly responsibilities will include:
- The first half dedicated to preparing and validating investor reports for issuance.
- The second half focused on non-recurring tasks such as annual audits, new transactions, data testing, and process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of relevant experience post-public accounting or Big 4.
- Up to 3 years in a managerial role.
- A collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High adaptability and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in private industry post-CPA.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and testing.
- Skills in SQL query editing or creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Visio or Crystal Reports.
