Financial Analyst Job Description

Staffmark Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support during month-end close, forecast, and plan cycles, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Offer general financial data support to other key stakeholders within the finance team.
  • Develop financial models and perform variance analysis to improve business decisions.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of directly related experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau.
  • Previous experience in business planning, financial analysis, or similar functions, with a focus on business development and supporting online business.
  • DTC industry experience is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
