KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sales and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical, and construction sectors.
  • Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Processing customer quotes and orders efficiently.
  • Conducting inventory management and cycle counting.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods.
  • Handling shipping and receiving tasks as required.
  • Delivering and picking up products while representing Total Tool professionally.
  • Safely operating company DOT vehicles as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

We seek candidates who possess strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude. You will receive training on industry and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Preferred experience of at least one year in customer service; warehouse experience is advantageous.

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record; must be over 21.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
