At Upstate Niagara Cooperative, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving channel relationship execution and ease of partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the commercial sales team, reseller channel partners, and distributor partners to facilitate a frictionless sales process.
- Manage multiple inputs on updates to customer portals, sales revenue, and opportunity forecasts.
- Participate in business development and opportunity tracking calls.
- Provide support to the marketing department.
- Maintain effective communications with managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales force.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Requirements:
- College degree or diploma in a relevant field, or high school with equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience using Excel as a reporting and analytics tool.
- Excellent communication and diligence skills.
- Ability to navigate the organization to address challenges and get answers.
- Desire to learn the product portfolio and gain knowledge of the financial drivers of our business and that of our customers.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $21.48-$27.00 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including group health and dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
