Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our food service operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Excellence: Focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and concepts that meet our guests' needs and preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing of food and supplies.
  • Cost Control: Work with our finance team to develop and manage our food and labor budgets, ensuring we meet our cost control goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from an accredited culinary institute preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of executive-level culinary management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a multi-unit setting.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
