As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that standards and procedures are being followed, leading specific teams, and assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and implement high standards on property.
  • Utilize a variety of computer software applications and property management systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Translate goals to the team, focusing on guest tracking and productivity.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: Three (3) years previous hotel guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related management experience

Work Schedule: Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs; may be required to work weekends and holidays
