The Airline and Lounge Catering Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our partnerships with airline and lounge clients. This position demands a thorough understanding of kosher catering standards, outstanding customer service abilities, and proficiency in navigating complex logistics and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with airline and lounge clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction and service quality.
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding catering services within existing accounts.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the fulfillment of catering contracts, ensuring compliance with kosher standards and client requirements.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to design and refresh kosher menus that align with client expectations and industry trends.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges or concerns that may arise, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to foster continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site tastings with potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in account management, ideally within the catering or airline sectors. Familiarity with kosher catering is highly advantageous.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as necessary and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
