Thrombosis Physician

Job Summary:

This position has been allocated for an ABIM certified physician to work as a Thrombosis Physician in a collaborative group of providers in Murray, UT. The Thrombosis services are based at the Edwards Internal Medicine clinic on the Intermountain Medical Center campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative care for patients with Thrombosis, as well as clinical research and education in the domain.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 other thrombosis physicians to provide multifaceted care of patients with thrombosis, including clinic, ambulatory teaching, and inpatient consultations.
• Employed position with the Intermountain Medical Group.
• Onsite at Intermountain Medical Center with extensive access to consultative disciplines and services for patients.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license.
• U.S. ACGME Residency.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
