### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at IHC Health Services, Inc. as a Thrombosis Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and a passion for thrombosis research and patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide consultative care for patients with thrombosis in a collaborative group setting
* Participate in clinical research and education in the domain of thrombosis
* Work closely with a team of providers to deliver high-quality patient care
* Teach and mentor trainees from our transitional year program, University of Utah Internal Medicine residents, and medical students

### Requirements

* Board Certified in Internal Medicine
* Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
* U.S. ACGME Residency
* Current Basic Life Support certification
