Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees all LTL Receiving processes utilizing High Jump and AX systems.
  • Manages the processing of components and raw materials through High Jump and Mediusflow (Accounts Payable system).
  • Facilitates effective communication throughout all stages of the receiving workflow.
  • Ensures timely and precise completion of Purchase Order Reconciliation.
  • Handles Cubic Scan responsibilities in alignment with inventory standards.
  • Sorts and organizes orders and products efficiently.
  • Inputs data accurately into the computer system.
  • Reconciles transactions, Bills of Lading, and orders diligently.
  • Creates and affixes labels onto products.
  • Maintains organized files and documentation.
  • Receives, unpacks, inspects, and repackages goods as necessary.
  • Operates pallet jacks to transport full pallets to the staging area.
  • Directs workflow to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Communicates with various departments and suppliers regarding returns and shipments.
  • Responsible for the overall organization and cleanliness of the workspace.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Engages in repetitive motions.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
  • Capable of working in diverse temperature conditions.
  • Operates both motorized and manual pallet jacks.
  • Utilizes Sit-Down Fork-Lift as needed.
  • May work in a general office environment.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Education equivalent to four years of high school is required.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.

Physical and Weight Lifting Requirements
