Job Title: Cashier/Beverage Cart Attendant

Join the Casino Del Sol team as a Cashier/Beverage Cart Attendant and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guests receive attentive and personalized service.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items from our menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Control inventory and manage food and beverage products.
  • Receive and store deliveries, and place orders for food products.
  • Stock and inventory products, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Support food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service.
  • Maintain knowledge of liquor laws, sanitation protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate guest concerns to management staff and/or Outside Services Supervisor.
  • Review schedules and adjust accordingly, and utilize point-of-sale systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-6 months of food preparation experience.
  • Money handling experience and basic math skills.
  • Computer proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
  • Must be at least 19 years old, and have employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must complete Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's training within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
