Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently transport and serve food and supplies for catered events.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
  • Set up tables and arrange decorations according to event standards.
  • Prepare buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
  • Provide excellent service by serving food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the event area during and after functions.
  • Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
  • Gather and distribute customer feedback through comment cards.
  • Keep the catering facility and equipment organized and clean.
  • Ensure a friendly and courteous atmosphere for all guests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the menu and available products.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
