Key Responsibilities- Implement Peer Support-oriented Treatment Plan interventions with individuals served.
- Provide support, education, and advocacy, particularly during times of service and life transitions.
- Engage individuals in non-directive and supportive relationships that promote empowerment and self-learning.
- Facilitate Peer Support groups as needed.

- Meets Family Partner requirements as specified by Community Service Agencies.
