**Your Role:**

As a Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

* Recruiting and enrolling families into our Home Visiting program
* Establishing trusting relationships with parents and their children
* Providing guidance on home safety, nutrition, and child care
* Attending Early Intervention meetings to support family and child needs
* Developing and implementing home visit plans with families
* Providing socialization experiences for children and their parents

**What We're Looking For:**

* A Bachelor's degree in a human services related field
* One to two years of experience providing services to families and children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
