Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and direct Occupational Therapy services to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care.
- Interpret occupational therapy policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and family members.
- Participate in discharge planning, resident care plan development, and resident assessments.
- Review requests for occupational therapy and physicians' orders.
- Interview residents to determine treatment needs and schedule therapy sessions.
- Valid OT/R from an accredited college or university.
- Experience as a OT in a hospital, SNF, or other related medical facility.
- Ability to work with our senior population.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
