About the Team

At Associated Banc-Corp, we value teamwork and collaboration. Our Loan Servicing team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders. As a Loan Servicing Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Loan Servicing management, customers, servicing personnel, and third parties to provide timely support and resolve issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Paying property taxes on mortgage portfolios
  • Conducting non-escrow tax reporting
  • Partnering with 3rd party vendors to assist with various reports
  • Providing customers, servicing personnel, and third parties timely support when handling verbal and written responses to inquiries via telephone, referral and/or letter by reviewing accounts and loan file documents
  • Providing customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High School or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Less than 2 years General office, banking, and/or related experience
  • Preferred: 2-4 years Banking Operations / Servicing experience
