Responsibilities
  • Manage daily communication with drivers and clients to resolve service issues and ensure timely routes.
  • Monitor and track sign-in/sign-out times, routes, and service performance.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze and improve operating performance.
  • Assign trips to drivers to optimize route distribution and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Participate in quality control measures to maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements
  • 1 year of previous Dispatcher experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Demonstrate a high customer service commitment
  • Professional phone manner
