- Business Development: Actively promote and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.

- Technical Skills: Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages as needed.
- Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate a passion for patient care and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
- Effective Communication: Show effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Structured Work Approach: Possess a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
- Technical Experience: Previous experience at a similar volume medical facility is a must, with technical experience in imaging being a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
- Computer Skills: General computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Education: A four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration or six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience is preferable.
