Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Administer contrast media as required and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
