Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures with a focus on high technical quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance and Patient Care

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and compliance policies, addressing and reporting any questions, concerns, or suspected violations. Obtain all relevant medical information from patients to identify age-specific needs.

Radiographic Procedures

Perform radiographic procedures with a focus on high technical quality, utilizing proper radiation protection measures to safeguard patients from excessive radiation exposure.

Equipment Maintenance and Diagnostic Procedures

Demonstrate efficiency in using all equipment and promptly report any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor. Conduct appropriate diagnostic procedures as ordered and assist Radiologists during procedures.

Workload Management and Documentation

Take on additional procedures during periods of heavy workload to maintain workflow efficiency. Document any changes in patient condition using appropriate forms.

Patient Preparation and Additional Duties

Obtain appropriate medical history before patient examination and ensure patient readiness for the exam. Perform receptionist and Radiology Assistant duties when necessary.
