Job DescriptionJob Title: Housekeeper Assistant

Heartway Corporation seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform scheduled housekeeping tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor. This may include:

  • Dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning living areas, furniture, fixtures, vents, lavatories, and basins.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies.
  • Maintaining floors by dust-mopping, wet-mopping, or spot-mopping as necessary, and stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors.
  • Emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and disposing of trash in proper receptacles.

Requirements:

  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and operate equipment and supplies is necessary.
  • Experience in institutional housekeeping or maintenance is helpful.
  • Experience in using floor-care equipment is beneficial.
