We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team at InnovitUSA.
About the Role:
The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate business processes in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
- Manage production timelines and participate in automation selection processes.
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions, including managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling.
- Minimize automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as incorporating APIs, Optical Character Recognition, and Machine Learning.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic.
- Experience with ETL functions between operational systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology.
- Experience creating and using APIs.
- Using analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI.
