About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct joint appointments with clients to provide personalized financial planning and guidance
  • Educate clients on financial planning concepts and strategies to help them make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain an organized client contact strategy to ensure effective communication and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Mentor and support the success of your peers
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
  • Financial services experience preferably in financial planning
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications such as CFP are helpful; if you don't already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
