Position Overview

RNDC is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Platform Engineer. The Senior Platform Engineer (ERP) will take on the role of technical lead in various initiatives, engaging hands-on in projects by contributing to software architecture design, development of software applications, and integrations that support essential business functions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities along with excellent communication and teamwork skills to achieve and surpass the company's goals through the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of moderately complex solutions within a multi-tiered architecture.
  • Collaborate with business and project teams to explore technical alternatives.
  • Create application/enhancement support documentation, including Technical Design Documents.
  • Oversee testing and implementation of software modifications.
  • Work closely with project team members and other stakeholders to address challenges and deliver effective outcomes.
  • Engage in design reviews with colleagues and groups within the department.
  • Stay updated on current technologies and development tools relevant to the area of expertise.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience is required.
