Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As an Activities Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and lead recreational activities that cater to diverse interests and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activity programs that promote guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and assist guests in the activity center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Promote and register guests for resort activities, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of activity areas to maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in required training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Address safety concerns and incidents promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Creativity and customer obsession.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • State driver's license and comfort operating large vehicles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Depending on location, certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid may be required.

Compensation:

Generally starting at $17.00 per hour, with actual hourly rates based on experience, education, skills, and work location.
