Utilize your expertise in the real estate sector to produce high-quality images, videos, drone footage, and 3D interactive floor plans that assist real estate professionals in effectively marketing their listings. By collaborating with us, you will be at the forefront of media innovation in real estate, capturing visuals that potential buyers seek when searching for their future homes.
This is a part-time role, typically requiring around 20 hours of work per week, contingent on your location and business demands. During peak periods, you may be invited to take on additional hours. While this position is primarily part-time, there may be potential for full-time opportunities in the future.
Your Responsibilities- Produce top-tier, professional photography, listing videos, 3D or 360 virtual tours, drone imagery, and social media content for properties available for sale or rent.
- Employ advanced photography techniques and equipment to highlight the distinctive features and appeal of each property, enabling sellers and agents to present their listings in the best possible light.
- Engage with clients on-site to ascertain their specific photography requirements and expectations.
- Guide clients and property owners during photography sessions to achieve optimal results and enhance the visual impact of the images.
- Utilize state-of-the-art proprietary technology to create engaging multimedia experiences.
- Ensure all photographs comply with brand standards and accurately represent properties.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, to guarantee peak performance and reliability.
- Organize and upload captured media for post-processing, adhering to deadlines and appointment schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate photography to continuously refine your skills.
- Develop innovative concepts and ideas for photography to effectively showcase the unique selling points of each property.
- Collaborate with team members, including Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and fellow photographers, as well as external partners like real estate agents and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive visual assets for marketing initiatives.
- Adapt to future changes in media, products, services, capture techniques, or processing methods.
- Represent ShowingTime+ in a professional manner.
- Proven experience as a photographer with a knack for producing high-quality media, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills, as daily client interaction is a key component of this role.
- A motivated, detail-oriented individual capable of efficiently capturing properties while upholding the highest quality standards.
- A punctual professional who consistently meets deadlines and arrives on time.
- An independent worker, comfortable operating solo.
- Ability to learn and adapt to ShowingTime+ processes and systems.
- Experience in capturing high-quality photography, particularly for real estate, including exterior and interior shots, videos, 3D tours, and drone media.
- Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or mirrorless systems.
- Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 drone license and operate a drone safely in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to cover a geographic area with a radius of 60+ miles.
- Access to reliable internet upload speeds for daily media uploads.
- A professional full-frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 bracket, Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
- A wide-angle lens suitable for real estate photography.
- A tripod and adjustable tripod head.
