Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Avamere Health Services. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure residents' personal care needs are met
  • Review patient care plans daily to identify changes in care routines
  • Inform nurse supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and transportation
  • Maintain a warm, patient, and enthusiastic atmosphere, promoting a calm and cheerful environment
  • Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving and help them feel comfortable
  • Participate in facility surveys and maintain confidentiality of resident care information
  • Effectively communicate resident information to charge nurses, directors, and administrators
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in this state
  • Passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life
