About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides patient-centered care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and promote a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, feeding, and hygiene
  • Assist with patient transfers and mobility
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Current Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of experience in nursing home or hospital setting (preferred)
