About the Role

As an Elevated Structure Maintenance Professional, you will assist tower top hands with completion of wireless radio and antenna system upgrades and installations. This includes climbing elevated structures and working at various elevations on cell towers, water tanks, and rooftops.

You will also assist with the installation and wiring of remote radio heads and antennas, grounding, coax, power, and fiber cabling. Additionally, you will be responsible for using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and inspecting equipment to identify potential hazards.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to pass a drug and background check, work at various elevated heights, climb tall structures up to 400', and perform physical requirements of the position.
