About the Role

At whiteSpace, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for defining the overall approach, resourcing requirements, timelines, and paths to success for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client and internal leadership to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Define overall team structures and stand up new engagement teams.
  • Develop and deliver proposals and presentation decks to communicate winning strategies to prospective clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and delivery strategy to senior members of client teams.
  • Work with delivery teams to define cadences and ceremonies.
  • Lead strategy sessions and other activities that support project success.
  • Remove impediments and optimize productivity within teams.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and facilitate continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • A U.S. citizen.
  • Based in the U.S.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote-first culture.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thoughtful, adaptable, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $145,000.
