About the Role

At Sparkle Logistics, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering packages to our customers in Northwest Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Package Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering an average of 200-300 packages per day to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: You will interact with customers to ensure their packages are delivered correctly and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Requirements
  • Age: You must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
  • Lifting Ability: You must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Attitude: You must have a positive attitude and thrive on independent work that contributes to a team effort.
