  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle and any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Verify and reconcile final invoices with work performed, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to continuously improve and excel in their role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to submit to a background screening, as required by company policy.
