Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Superintendent to oversee our roofing projects. This role is essential for managing both residential and commercial roofing assignments from start to finish. You will lead a team of roofing professionals, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations. Your expertise in roofing will be crucial in maintaining the quality and durability of our structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of roofing projects, from initial planning to final execution, for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of roofers, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections of job sites to verify adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with roofing projects, implementing necessary risk mitigation strategies.
  • Address any repairs and maintenance required on roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of risk management principles related to construction and roofing.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on team motivation and management.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
