Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of roofers to install roof systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment, and administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement safety plans to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
- 2-year construction management degree or equivalent experience.
- OSHA 10-hour card and valid driver's license.
- Ability to use business technology and learn new skills.
- Physical ability to access and work at elevations or pitches.
- Specialized training in crane loading, spotting, rigging, forklift, and manufacturer-authorized trainers.
- Bilingual fluency.
- CDL.
- 4-year construction management degree.
