About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at UT Health Tyler. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality breast imaging services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all procedures relevant to breast imaging, utilizing a comprehensive approach to breast health in accordance with departmental policy.
  • Participate in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities, demonstrating exceptional patient service skills.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology program.
  • Currently ARRT – R and Texas Department of Health Registered.
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire within 30 days.
  • Two years of experience as a Radiologic technologist.
  • One year of experience as a mammography technologist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred mobile mammography experience.
  • Certified in Mammography, ARRT – M registered preferred.
