Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This exciting opportunity involves working as an Outpatient Therapist, providing top-notch care to patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the JobAs a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless and personalized experiences.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated)

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program, along with current licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or the Physical Therapy Compact Commission. Certification in Basic Life Support is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program
- Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or the Physical Therapy Compact Commission; certification in Basic Life Support
- Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records. You must also be willing to participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
