About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at WEX. As a technical leader, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, along with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns, as well as knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is also essential.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive solution-oriented approach are required.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations with other systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and security.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations and integrations to ensure quality and stability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions and provide training to end-users.

The estimated salary for this role is $134,000.00 - $178,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
