We are seeking an experienced APU Assembly Technician to join our team at TAT Technologies Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) on commercial aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with experience working with turbine engines and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test APUs to ensure proper function and reliability
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting components
  • Use precision measuring equipment to verify component accuracy
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably with turbine engines
  • Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
