Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and completing floor replenishment tasks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
