Broadband Grant Office Manager

Brightspeed is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Business Analytics and GIS Lead to join our Broadband Grant Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business analytics and GIS solutions to support our broadband grant programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technical analysts who support broadband grant applications, challenges, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop and implement reporting and business analytics for critical data required for compliance and reporting on grant applications, grant build progress, and project completion.
  • Provide leadership and direction on BEAD challenge processes and coordinate work with engineering, construction, and IT teams.
  • Support the Government and Legislative Affairs team on broadband issues pertaining to grant programs and matters impacting broadband builds.
  • Design and automate processes to assist with regulatory filings with the FCC and state PUCs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in GIS, project/program management, data analysis, and the ability to define and implement groundbreaking ideas.
  • Strong leadership and direction skills, with the ability to manage and coach a team of technical analysts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across the business.
