About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Quiddity. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading design tasks on multiple projects, developing quality work products, and supervising engineers-in-training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Independently perform engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives, and lead design tasks on multiple projects.
  • Design and Development: Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff, and ensure compliance with engineering conditions and laws.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Relationships: Interact with clients at their level of experience, and work with client managers to develop client relationships.
  • Field-Based Activities: May require field-based activities such as coordination with construction services, inspections, and reviewing sites with client groups.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of Hydrology & Hydraulic design and/or modeling experience.
  • Certifications: FE required; PE in progress.
  • Other: Valid TX driver's license and insurable driving record.
