At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors.
