Position Summary:
As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting press machines that print directly on our customers' products. This position offers a safe, clean, and temperature-controlled working environment with a variety of shift options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
- Monitor the quality of printed products and raw materials throughout the production process.
- Make necessary adjustments to inks, coatings, and configurations to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical parts and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of press operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read a ruler and perform basic computer tasks.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various shift schedules.
