Job Title: Injection Mold Technician 2

Elite Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Injection Mold Technician 2 to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mold room equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines, ensuring proper setup, shutdown, and mold storage procedures.
  • Perform machine testing and troubleshooting to optimize process and resolve problems.
  • Install and test machine monitor equipment and safety devices.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Document process parameters and ensure machines, tools, and workspaces are clean and orderly.
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge of injection molding machines and processes.
  • Able to identify and explain each part and function of the mold, machine HMI screens, and material loading vacuum systems.
  • Able to identify and utilize safety features of molding cell.
Education and Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience in manufacturing.
  • Master Molder I or equivalent certification.
Work Schedule:

6:45 A.M to 7:00 P.M on a rotation (2/2/3) or 6:45 P.M to 7:00 A.M on a rotation (2/2/3).
